Research on Supplier Selection of Prefabricated Building Elements from the Perspective of Sustainable Development

Prefabricated building is an efficient mode. Compared with the traditional mode, prefabricated has advantages of less pollution, high construction efficiency, being more labor-saving, and economy, which in line China’s sustainable development strategy. This paper proposes a supplier selection evaluation model based on mechanism equation (SEM) intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP). Based detailed literature review, 300 structured questionnaires were distributed to relevant enterprises, index system element suppliers was built. With fitting modification using structural model, assist path factor, for evaluating finally obtained. Finally, used establish suppliers, Shuangyashan projects analyzed as case study. The results show that following factors have most significant impact (from low): quality, long-term cooperation, after-sales, transportation. study had comprehensive consideration influencing existing whole should provide valuable reference engineering.
